Immunoglobulin Nurse Navigators
As part of the Clinical Excellence portfolio, the Immunoglobulin Nurse Navigators supports Transfusion Medicine Consultants in the Saskatchewan IG Stewardship Program. They streamline IG orders and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure clinical indications are met, dosing is optimized and conservation measures are in place.
