Canadian Blood Services – Learning to Save Lives
The Learning to Save Lives video is an initiative from Canadian Blood Services that was developed to support elementary or secondary school educators by providing information that can be used in instruction/learning about concepts related to blood, stem cells and tissue and organ donations.
This learning resource is to help young people develop an awareness of the importance of contributing to ‘human sustainability.’ The intent is to encourage learners to be involved proactively, both in promoting this social responsibility to others (family, friends and peers) and in becoming donors, when they are of age to do so.
